Privacy Policy

How Brick Automations collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Last updated March 2026.

01.Who we are

Brick Automations is a sole-trader workflow automation service operated by Nathaniel Fiddler-Myrie, trading as Brick Automations. Our registered contact address is available on request.

We can be reached at nathaniel@brickautomations.co.uk.

02.What we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it:

  • Contact form — name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, and any message you write. Submitted via this website and forwarded to our internal automation system.
  • Calendly bookings — if you book a call via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and any answers to booking questions. We receive a copy of that booking confirmation.
  • Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence.

We do not collect any payment card data on this website. Payments, where applicable, are handled by third-party processors with their own privacy policies.

03.How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver the services you have engaged us for. Specifically:

  • To reply to your message or booking.
  • To arrange and run your free Workflow Leak Audit.
  • To send you a proposal or follow-up as agreed.
  • To contact you about the status of work in progress (client communications only).

Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (responding to your direct enquiry) and, for ongoing client work, contract performance.

We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

04.Third-party services

Running this service involves the following third-party tools that may handle your data:

  • n8n — our internal automation platform. Form submissions are routed to an n8n workflow hosted on our own infrastructure. Data is processed to route the enquiry to us and is not shared externally.
  • Calendly — used for booking discovery calls. If you book via Calendly, their privacy policy applies: calendly.com/privacy.
  • Vercel — this website is hosted on Vercel. They may process request metadata (IP address, browser type) as part of serving the site. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising technology on this website.

05.Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing purposes. The only cookies that may be set are those strictly necessary for the website to function (such as those set by the hosting infrastructure).

If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly's embed or redirect may set its own cookies — governed by Calendly's cookie policy.

06.How long we keep your data

Enquiry data (name, email, message) is retained for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, or for the duration of a client engagement plus 12 months, whichever is longer.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the contact section below.

07.Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data (the "right to erasure").
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the lawful basis).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at nathaniel@brickautomations.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
