Brick Automations
Brick Automations

One person.
No fluff.
Just the build.

Brick Automations is run by Nathaniel. Not a team of six with a project manager and an account manager and a "delivery lead." Just one person who has spent the last few years building automation workflows for local businesses — and watching the same three leaks appear every single time.

Why this,
why now

The same problem appeared in every business I looked at. A dental practice missing calls during appointments. A physio clinic chasing no-shows by hand. A lettings agency with a spreadsheet that two people maintained and nobody trusted. A plumber who answered the phone when his hands were literally under a sink.

All of them had the same underlying issue: the boring, repetitive parts of running a business — answering enquiries, sending reminders, chasing documents — were being done by a human. A human who also had a job to do.

Automation fixes that. But most of the tools that claim to fix it are either software platforms that need six months of setup and a full-time admin, or agencies that sell you a retainer before they've looked at your workflow once.

"The Quick Win pilot exists because I wanted a way to prove value inside a clear time limit — with a financial consequence if I failed. That's how you build trust with someone who's been burned before."

— Nathaniel, Founder

Brick Automations is deliberately small. Not because it can't grow, but because the work requires actually understanding how a business operates — and that doesn't scale well with a generic template and a sales team.

Why a small business
should trust this

01

One person. One point of contact.

You talk to the person who builds the workflow. There's no account manager relaying your feedback to a developer. No Chinese whispers. What you say in the audit call is what gets built.

02

We audit first — always.

Every engagement starts with a 60-minute call where we map your workflow before recommending anything. Plenty of automation agencies will quote you before they understand your business. We won't.

03

The guarantee is structural, not marketing copy.

We set a specific, measurable target on the audit call. If we don't hit it and you met your responsibilities, we refund £500. We include this because we only take engagements we're confident we can win.

04

We name what we're building. No black box.

You get documentation of exactly what the workflow does, how to switch it off, and what it's connected to. You own it. If you ever wanted to work with someone else, you'd have everything you need to brief them.

What we
are not

It's worth being direct about this. There are plenty of automation agencies, platforms, and freelancers. Here's what separates Brick Automations from most of them — and not all of it is flattering.

×

A platform — we don't have a subscription product you log into

×

A retainer-by-default agency — Phase 2 and maintenance are options, not assumptions

×

A junior developer with a Zapier account — the builds are proper, documented, and tested

×

A bespoke software house — we work within a tight scope on purpose. Quick win first, expand later

If you need something beyond the Quick Win scope — a full vertical operating system, a custom multi-step CRM integration — I'll tell you on the audit call and either scope it properly or recommend someone who can.

Still not sure?
The audit costs nothing.

The 60-minute call is free. You'll leave with a clear picture of where your biggest workflow leak is — whether you hire me to fix it or not. No pitch deck, no proposal to sit on, no follow-up sales call unless you want one.
