1) What we collect
Site usage & device data: IP address, pages viewed, time on page, referrer, approximate location, browser/OS (via cookies/analytics if enabled).
Contact & lead data: name, business name, role, email, phone, message content, call/SMS metadata if you interact with our demos or services.
Client ops data (when you become a customer): billing details, service configuration (e.g., phone numbers, Google Sheet IDs), logs necessary to operate and troubleshoot automations.
Support content: emails, forms, Loom links, attachments you send us.
2) How we use your data (purposes & lawful bases)
Respond to enquiries & provide quotes — Legitimate interests / Pre-contract.
Provide and maintain our services (including cloning templates, monitoring uptime, and support) — Contract.
Billing & accounting — Legal obligation / Contract.

We delete or anonymise when no longer needed.
7) Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to marketing), and data portability.
